Problem statement
Frostbite
Many runners experience frostbite during the night because of the cold temperatures and the shoe's thin material.
Visibility
We are unable to see objects that far away or in colour at night. As a result, it's challenging to see manholes, potholes, street gutters, or other road imperfections.
Accident
Nighttime joggers cannot be seen by two-wheeler riders or car drivers through their helmets or windscreens.
Ideation concpet
LED lights
A group of LEDs attached to the battery are located in the toe box. When sight is poor in the dark, the runner can press the toe box to activate a light that will illuminate a 1-meter radius around the foot.
Reflectors
Reflectors at the rear make the runner visible to cars and passengers when jogging at night. When a car or bike's headlights hit the shoe, the refractive surface will shine.
